Homemade Tomato Ketchup-

  • 2.5 kg Tomato
  • For hot ketchup; 6-7 red ornamental peppers

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons grape juice
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 sweet spoon rock salt
  • 1 sweet spoon wheat starch - do not add starch if you are going to make a large jar and consumption will last more than 1 week.
  • Grain coriander, grain cumin, black pepper,
  • 3 bay leaves, 2 cloves, a small piece of cinnamon




Tomato Ketchup Recipe


  • Large large chopping tomatoes, onions, garlic and peppers.
  • Get a big pot.
  • Place the spices in a small piece of cheesecloth and tie the mouth.
  • Place the spice bag you have prepared on the vegetables you have planted.
  • Cover the mouth of the tencer and cook until the steamed vegetables are soft.
